How Does the Henry Home Assessment work?
One of our lead assessors will conduct a thorough evaluation of your home. While we'd love to meet you at the start, you're not required to stay during the 2-3 hour assessment. Our assessor will walk through the entire inside of the house and exterior of the house.
During the visit, we:
- Identify potential maintenance needs and risk
- Complete a 150+ point home risk and health evaluation including an air and water quality test
- Document all major appliances and systems

Our goal is to provide an easy to understand and actionable report to our customers. Henry also provides ongoing support as they resolve issues that were found.
